I honestly didn’t think I’d need to make a post about this, but here we are. Apparently people have been hotlinking my graphics again (seriously… why), and it’s gotten to the point where I actually have to deal with it.

So, just to be clear:
Hotlinking from my domains is now completely blocked.
If anyone tries, the images simply won’t work anymore. I finally set up server-side protection because I’m honestly exhausted from seeing my bandwidth being used by people who can’t be bothered to upload a file to their own server.

It might sound dramatic, but I’m really struggling with how inconsiderate this is. I pour so much time into building and hosting my sites, and having to chase down people who can’t follow basic web etiquette is just… exhausting.

I’ll also be checking my cliques and listings, and yes — I will remove sites that continue to hotlink despite this notice. I wish I didn’t have to do this, but I’m genuinely done dealing with it.

If you’re someone who does upload graphics properly: thank you. You have no idea how much I appreciate people who actually respect the work and the hosting costs behind all of this.
