Elle is a calm and compassionate soul, someone who cares deeply for the well-being of others. She avoids conflict whenever she can, especially when it involves her mother's weaving, which always seems to be the target of pranks and mischief.
Her love for Ark is unwavering, and she supports him in everything he does. Yet, even her patience has its limits. For instance, she demands an apology from him after the destruction of the weaving mill. Elle is fiercely loyal, especially when it comes to the needs of the village and Ark's welfare.
When she receives a chilling order to kill someone from the upper world, she is determined to prove her loyalty to the wise man. Despite the impossibility of leaving the village — a rule that forbids the villagers from leaving Crysta — Elle accepts the bizarre mission without hesitation. But, as fate would have it, the person she is to kill is none other than Ark himself.
Ark was meant to die after the world's revival, but his unexpected rebirth in the upper world thwarted the sage's plans. The sage, determined to correct his mistake, sends Elle on the impossible task of eliminating Ark's reincarnation, which, ironically, couldn't have been easier... Ark was just a defenseless baby. The paradox of it all is that Elle, of all people, is the one chosen for this task.
Yet, when the moment comes, Elle can't bring herself to harm Ark. Overcome by love and loyalty, she disappears into another dimension — or possibly dies — alongside the Yomi from the underworld in a final act of defiance. In the end, her love for Ark triumphs over everything, even duty.
