Well, it's not that complicated, just follow these rules.

❀ Grab a moogle and put it somewhere on your website!
❀ Grab as many moogles as you want!
❀ Link back to this website and please place the code so that I can find it easily - pages where I have to spend hours searching for the code will not be added!
❀ You must provide a working email address. If you want to register multiple websites, you need different email addresses!
❀ Just no hotlinking please; upload the codes to your own server!
❀ No sites that contain hatespeech, sexism, racism or other disgusting stuff!
❀ Write "moogle" as a comment, so I know that you read the rules!
